NeuralMarketer ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website neuralmarketer.com and the FunnelVantage™ AI marketing platform (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, create an account, use our services, or otherwise interact with us.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Service.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Account Information: When you create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, company URL, mailing address, industry, and business metrics such as monthly marketing budget and average order value.
- Contact Form Submissions: When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), and message content.
- Scan Data: When you use the free FunnelVantage™ scan we collect the website URL you submit, your business type, monthly budget range, and infrastructure selections.
- Payment Information: If you purchase paid services, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Analytics Data: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect usage data such as pages visited, time on site, referral source, browser type, device type, operating system, and approximate geographic location (city/country level). GA4 may use cookies and similar technologies.
- Log Data: Our servers automatically record information including your IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, and timestamps.
- Local Storage: We store certain data (such as scan results, user preferences, and dashboard state) in your browser’s local storage to improve performance and user experience.
- Cookies: We use session cookies for authentication (via Supabase) and analytics cookies (via Google Analytics). See Section 7 for more detail.
2.3 Information from Third-Party Integrations
If you connect third-party accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Business Profile, Stripe, Cal.com, Calendly, Twilio, or WhatsApp) to our platform, we may receive information from those services in accordance with their respective privacy policies and the permissions you grant. This may include profile data, advertising performance metrics, messaging data, call logs, appointment details, and review data.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including the FunnelVantage™ scan, AI Receptionist, Social DM Bot, Database Goldmine, Paid Ads + AI, and AI Review Manager services.
- Create and manage your account.
- Process transactions and send related information such as purchase confirmations and invoices.
- Respond to your inquiries and contact form submissions.
- Send administrative communications, such as updates, security alerts, and support messages.
- Analyze usage patterns to improve the Service, develop new features, and optimize user experience.
- Generate AI-powered marketing analyses, recommendations, and reports for your business.
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, and abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: We share data with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, including Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (transactional email), Stripe (payment processing), Google Analytics (analytics), and AI processing providers. These providers are contractually obligated to use your data only to provide services to us.
- Connected Integrations: When you authorize third-party integrations (e.g., social media platforms, advertising platforms, communication tools), data may be shared with those platforms as necessary to deliver the requested service functionality.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NeuralMarketer, our users, or the public.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or prominent notice on the Service before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
- With Your Consent: We may share your information for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time we collect the information or with your consent.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We will also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encrypted database storage via Supabase, secure authentication with session-based tokens, and access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use the following types of cookies and tracking technologies:
- Essential Cookies: Required for authentication and core platform functionality (provided by Supabase).
- Analytics Cookies: Used by Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with the Service. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.
- Local Storage: Used to store scan results, user preferences, and application state locally in your browser for performance purposes.
Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. Note that disabling essential cookies may impair the functionality of the Service.
8. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information:
- Access & Portability: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
- Deletion: You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
- Opt-Out of Analytics: You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking as described in Section 7.
- Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time.
- Do Not Track: Our Service does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. 10. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States, where our servers and service providers are located. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries. We take steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe we may have collected information from a child under 18, please contact us.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or integrations that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you access through the Service.
